Oppo K10 Energy surfaces with 778G SD chip, 120Hz LCD screen and offline distribution strategy

A new phone has surfaced dubbed the Oppo K10 Energy (or possibly “Vitality Edition”, model number PERM10). You won’t find much about it online as this one seems intended for offline distribution. Here’s what we know so far. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 778G which is paired with a generous 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Additionally, it has a 5000mAh battery with 30W fast charging. The phone is 8.5mm thick and weighs 199g Oppo K10 Energy: official poster • live images On the front is a 6.59-inch LCD screen (1080 x 2412 px) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz, as well as a 16 MP selfie camera. On the back, a 64MP main camera, 8MP (probably) ultrawide and a 2MP assistant. The phone also has an X-axis linear motor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side fingerprint reader. It looks comparable to the Oppo K10 5G in China and better than the global K10 5G. In fact, it looks identical to last year’s Oppo K9s except for the extra RAM. Oppo K10 Energy Specifications The Oppo K10 Energy or whatever it is called will sell in physical stores or 2,200 CNY ($325/€320/₹26,000). For comparison, the Chinese K10 (12/256 GB) costs CNY 2,500 (there are also cheaper 8/128 GB and 8/256 GB options). The K9s (8/256GB) costs CNY2,200 (with cheaper 6/128GB and 8/128GB versions also available). The Energy Edition doesn’t seem to be available yet, so some details are still unclear (particularly whether or not it will be available globally). Source 1 | Source 2 (in Chinese) | Going through
